With spring break coming up I decided I wanted to try a new workout!

I loved incorporating this workout into my daily life and I hope you will too!
The Benefits Of Working Out
First, there are many benefits to working out.
The benefits include: improving your mental health, reducing future health issues, and improving your sleeping patterns as well.
Many only work out though for the sole purpose of improving their appearance. With this negative thinking, many work out improperly and are not getting the full experience that comes with working out.
Though it is easy to be consumed with the idea of wanting to change ourselves to fit the standards of society.Due to the constant pressure from social media. It is important to work out for the right reasons to ensure you are the healthiest you can be.
My Personal Experience
I have always enjoyed staying active.
Recently though, I have been on a journey to find new and innovative ways to include fitness into my daily life.
When I first came across this workout, I was skeptical because it was intense. Instead of letting the intensity scare me though, I decided to take it as a challenge. So for seven days, I pushed myself to work hard and complete the workout.
It was not easy, to say the least, but the result was worth it. I felt better about myself and healthier as well. I liked how the workout included certain days for certain areas of the body. This made it easier to focus during the workout.
Tips For Staying Motivated To Work Out.
Determine alternative workout plans to make working out fun
There are numerous different ways to work out instead of just going to the gym or going for a run. For example a dance class or a spin class. If you make working out fun it will motivate you to work out even more because you are having fun!
2.) Work out with friends
Working out with friends will also make working out much more fun because it will take away the stress and anxiety that sometimes is associated with working out.
3.) Acknowledge yourself after a great workout
The last tip was the most helpful to me when I first started my journey. It was important to me that I acknowledged the hard work I put in during my workouts. So that I would stay motivated to keep working out.
